Sending direct message RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    I'm trying to send a direct msg to the following address: but getting an unable to send msg.

    The recipient domain is present in the BlueButton trust bundle. Can you advice what can be the reason?

    It's likely that although the intended recipient can send messages to HealthVault, they don't have the connection set up to receive messages back from HealthVault. You might try contacting Carebox to find out if this is the case.
