Searching for the Windows 10 software compatibility utility

Question
-
I work in the Healthcare/Education space and have an initiative to upgrade our remaining (9000+) machines from Windows 7 Enterprise to Windows 10 LSTC. My biggest concern at this time is software compatibility. We have research machines with no known application owners and several departments with a plethora of software titles.
We utilize SCCM 1403 and I am looking for insight as to a tool/utility I use to to run a compatibility scan for KNOWN issues with Windows 10.
I ran the command below in hopes it would run a scan but I got no output. So the search continues.
schtasks.exe /Run /TN "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser"

The Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT) is a lifecycle management tool that assists in identifying and managing your overall application portfolio, reducing the cost and time involved in resolving application compatibility issues, and helping you quickly deploy Windows and Windows updates.

In our case the Upgrade Readiness Deployment Script may be a better solution. Still evaluating

Ok, due to limited condition, we cannot test for you, if you feel the Upgrade Readiness Deployment Script runs a better role, just do it
