  • Hi Abdulrehman Goarsy,

Thanks for visiting our forum. Our forum focuses on Microsoft Teams, which is the hub for team collaboration in Office 365.

Based on your description, this problem is related to Azure AD, you can post this case to Microsoft Q&A. Hope you get better response.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

  • First this is related aswell to teams and o365 because it will lockout you there also.

No worries I will share my findings - I dont know why Microsoft lockout administrators as they just want to restrict their users:

Start active directory azure PowerShell with administrative rights like here (remotesigned) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/azure/install-az-ps?view=azps-4.2.0&viewFallbackFrom=azps-3.6.1

    Connect to MS Online Service

The AppPrincipalID will be appearing when getting the error message

AADSTS7000112: Application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c'(Azure Portal) is disabled.

Paste the command into the connected MS Online Service PowerShell

    Get-MsolServicePrincipal -AppPrincipalId c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c | Set-MsolServicePrincipal -AccountEnabled $true
Wait one or two minutes and now you are able to log in again into azure portal where you can enable all the others like  o365 and so.

    enjoy
