Operation Failed when connect to Room Mailbox via Outlook

- i have problem with trying to access the Room Mailbox and it show the operation Failed to connect it. we can create new room mailbox but still not able to access the room mailbox via outlook the same as before. I would like to ask for help and appreciate
for all respond. Thanks.

Does the same error occur both in online and cached modes?

This connection error for both Cached Mode and Online Mode. I can't select Room Mailbox, it show error retrieved data from mail.example.com.Tuesday, December 22, 2015 3:29 PM

What does the address list "All Rooms" look like?

it show normal message about Address. I would like to update you back that when we access via OWA is working fine but problem when we connect from Microsoft Outlook.

First of all, please update outlook to the latest available version, Then if you are still facing the problem check out below forums/articles and let us know if any of these helps.
