Scorecard KPI Issue - Negative Variance When Target is 0 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, is there any way to control the behavior of the scorecard kpi with a variance when the target is 0 and the actual is not 0.  It's either a bug or I don't understand it properly, but whenever our Target is 0, and the Actual is positive, the variance produces a negative value (ie -100% in the screenshot below).  This does not seem right, the variance should be positive when the banding is set to Increasing is Better.  The screenshot below is a simple representation of what we see in our scorecards.

    Thanks in advance - Ryan
