  • Hi,

You need to set up it on your Windows 10 client via the method provided in the previous reply.

Be awared that Windows Hello is used to personal computer. Instead of entering a password to sign in to Windows, users can set up a gesture: either a PIN or biometric authentication method. Windows Hello for Business was two separate technologies: Microsoft Passport for Work and Windows Hello.

  • Hi,

Frist of all, your hardware should support this feature, like fingerprint or facial recognition.

Select the Start button, then select Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options to set up Windows Hello. Under Windows Hello, you’ll see options for face, fingerprint, or iris if your PC has a fingerprint reader or a camera that supports it. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to sign in with a quick swipe or glance.

Note: You might be asked to add a PIN before you can set up Windows Hello.
