    Question

  • We are using Exchange 2013<o:p></o:p>

    Recently we got errors in OWA, MS Outlook when sending emails...<o:p></o:p>

    You don't have permission to perform this action.<o:p></o:p>

    Mails are stored in Draft map and won’t send.<o:p></o:p>

    we have tried to recreate connectors and system mailboxes but without success.<o:p></o:p>

    We created new Mailbox Database and new users are working properly...<o:p></o:p>

    It is impossible to move mailboxes to new Database unfortunately...<o:p></o:p>

    Please, help us... Any idies?<o:p></o:p>

  • Hi Simd,

    What did you change on your exchange server recently ?

    And for the problematic mailbox, you can compare with new created user via the following command and check if there is any necessary permission missed :

    Get-MailboxPermission UserName |fl
     Moreover, you need also check inheritable permissionsin user security tab in ADUC.
