Regarding server login password

Hello all,
I am using windows server 2008r2 and there are 30 users on this server, they constantly change their server login passwords, please suggest me that how can I know the current password of all these users?

That would be a security issue if there was a native way for you to know. Not sure why you would need to know but ask the users.

Only the users should know their password. It is good that they change it frequently. An administrator should never be able to determine anyone's password.

Passwords are hashed and stored locally in the server and you won't be able to get them. If you need to have access to the account for some valid reasons, you need to reset its password assuming you are the administrator.

There is no way for us to know the current other user's passwords, but you could modify or reset their passwords if you have appropriate privileges.
Microsoft has added password protection to programs and files to help prevent unauthorized access to important information.
In many Microsoft products, you can apply a password to help prevent unauthorized users from opening a file or program.
