I noticed that in order to add search keywords the user must be an admin of that particular site collection. However, it seems that there can only be two admins - i.e. the primary and secondary.
Is it possilbe to grant other users permission to add keywords? Perhaps via code (C# app)?
Also, is there an industy best practice/process that should e followed with regard to search keywords / best bets?
