Approvals not working with the New HTML5 portals (hotfixes are installed) RRS feed

    When we approve a service request, it appears the decision date does not get set.  If we approve the SR in the old Silverlight portal the decision date gets populated.  Is this a bug, or is there something that needs to be configured differently.

    Yes, Decision Date is not getting set. Will be fixed in next update.

    Hello,

    Have you applied KB https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3134286 ? Have you restarted the server that hosts your portal IIS server after applying the hotfix?

    Any error message when you try to approve service request? Whether all service request have this issue?

    Yes KB3134286 has been applied and the servers have been rebooted.  The Decision Date is left blank on all servers approved from the new portal.
