Exchange 2013 DAG RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

Just a couple of questions before deploying DAG.

I've got 4 MBX server and I would like to keep all the offline copies of the DBs on one single server.

    That said, I'm running windows 2012 (NOT R2) and Exchange 2013 CU5.

    The network link is 10Gb.

1- Do I need to set up a replication network?

2- The IP Less DAG is supported only in 2012 R2, right?

3- How much space is required for the witness server?

    Thanks!

Answers

  • You do not need a separate replication network

IP Less DAG is only for 2012 R2.

The folder for the FSW takes up about 1 MB.
