List of conditional formatting codes RRS feed

  • Question

  • In a reply a while back, someone mentioned Outlook conditional forwarding and how they color code all internal emails. They did mention the From is "/O=" for all internal. I can't find the reply anymore. It does work.

This got me wondering if there are other codes that I could use. But google and bing are both no help. They don't even return the one code I know. Anyone know of a list of other codes?

  • Hi Rob,

I did much research but cannot find the code list neither.

However, regarding the "/O=" mentioned in your post, I found the article below according to which "O=" is a From filter value stands for the beginning of any X.500 address that is being used internally by Exchange to address people that are part of that Exchange organization:

  • You did better searching than I did. The link was helpful as it indirectly mentioned there is an OR operator you can use in Outlook's filters, namely the ";". Didn't know that.
