Forwarding sent and received user emails also to a SharedMailbox RRS feed

  • Hello,

    when an user sends and receives emails, is it possible to deliver them also to a SharedMailbox?

    There's this, but this is for ".. messages sent to a user's mailbox ..". But what about emails sent from a user's mailbox?

    From Outlook client side, you may try to create inbox rules to automatically add the shared mailbox in the Cc field when sending emails.

    From Exchange side, you may consider to create transport rule to achieve the goal. See the following reference for more details:
