  • Hello jrv,

If I run command and if I do Out-Gridview | Export-Csv there is no output in a file. Out-Gridview window pops up but when I open the file there is nothing in it?

  • You need to use -PassThru parameter to get values in the pipeline for export-csv.
    1,2,3 | Out-GridView -PassThru | Export-CSV

  • Not working, even if I use -PassThru the file is empty. I get the output in gridview but the file that is saved on C: is empty. Any ideas?

  • You have to click OK on GridView. To export all, you have to press STRG+A before you click OK, because only selected values will be exported.

  • I thought, selecting and clicking OK is obvious...
