Create a Service Level Objective based reprot in SCSM 2012` RRS feed

  • We log around 1000 Incidents in our SCSM in a month.

    There are 3 priorities set: P1 - 2 hrs,  P2 - 4 hrs. and P3 - 2 days.

    How do we create a SLA breached reports for each SLO (service level objectivev)?
