  • Hi,

This is generally the result of a bug in a driver.  You can load the minidump in WinDBG to analyze the cause of the crash.  This will usually be able to identify the faulting driver

  • I need to know hwo to get Windows XP to locate this driver. I installed pcAnywhere 10.5 and already had NAV 2008 installed. However, I can't get it to allow me to uninstall because it reboots too fast. Anyway, I believe it to be pcAnywhere. But you can't install/uninstall in Safe Mode which is where I am now.
