    Hi Experts,

    I just need to know if I install these CLS Logger and Snooper tool.

    Would I be asked to reboot the server after installation of these 2 tools OR without reboot I can use these tools?

    I don't think you need to reboot server for using these tools.

    By my test, we could use this tool without restart Skype for business server 2015, you could refer to the following link to learn more details about it:
