  • Hi Rubel,

As you mentioned "we send email from MS Outlook", do you mean the issue occurs to all users in your environment?
What's the type of the email account?
Has the receiver checked if the message was in the Junk mail folder?

To help narrow down the issue, please check if the problem occurs regardless of who the recipient is. You may also try sending a messages to your own to see if the mail can be found.

Besides, it you are using an Exchange account and has an Exchange administrator in your organization, it is suggested to contact the administrator to see if anything useful can be found using Message tracking.

Any updates, feel free to let me know.

  • Hello,

As moderator Yuki Sun has mentioned, the problem can be at receiver side end. So check and verify the methods suggested. Also, provide proper information about version and account type.

You can try the methods described in the following blog, the methods can be helpful at times.

Microsoft Outlook sends receive issues occurs due to various reasons. So different causes and its solution is discussed in the blog. And "Authentication methods aren’t supported by server" occurs mainly when the user tries to set up SMTP. The SMTP wizard automatically ticks ‘Requires login’ and change the port number to 25. So to resolve this issue:

    • Delete the username and password that has been already added
    • UntickRequires login
    • Press Next

    Hope this may help you.
