Hi,
The program folder location on Windows 7 is C:\Users\username\Start Menu\Programs
Please modify the username, then copy and paste the address into Windows Explorer directly to access the folder.
Best Regards,
Niki

The actual location is not C:\Users\username\Start Menu. This folder does exist, albeit as a special folder known as a Junction whose purpose is to automatically redirect any access to the appropriate Start Menu folder and is included for the purposes of backwards compatibility. It is not accessible directly, as you will get an access denied message if you try.
The actual location is C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu and you will need to change the default folder options in order to be able to access this location.
See http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/295-folder-options-open.html and ensure that Show hidden files, folders, and drives is selected and that Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) is deselected.

Go to Start ==> All Programs. If you cna't find this, go to the following folder: (copy and paste in Windows Explorer WITH QUOTES)
"%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu"

Maybe the easiest way to access that folder is to click the Start icon then right-click "All Programs" and select either Open (for entries associated with your ID only) or Open All Users (for entries all users see). Explorer will open to the appropriate location.
