Skype Room System v2 log in problem RRS feed

  • Hi everone, 

    We are testing new device Skype Room System v2

    Version 4.0.31.0

    administrative version 6

    Windows version 10.0.17134.376

     

    Device have problem with login in to skype all time trying log in but withou succces

    Interesting that if I invite him to appear, however you can't join them.

     

    From skype server see only log

     "reason=No Routable Endpoints"

    May I know if you’ve assigned a user account in SFB for Skype Room Systems v2?

    Please kindly note SFB features won’t work in the system without configuring an account separately since this account is used to access its meeting calendar and establish Skype for Business connectivity. 

    And the following are some requirements for supporting Skype Room Systems v2, just have a check and ensure that the pre-preparation has been done already:

    In addition, please check and follow the this guide just make sure all the deployment steps are well performed.

    We have a script that will help create new user accounts and validate the existing resource to help turn into compatible Skype Room Systems v2 user accounts.

    Here is also a video that walks you through the planning, deployment and some troubleshoot operations for Skype Room Systems v2.
