Hi,When you say working just fine, do you mean that all of the Exchange2007 roles were being discovered without issue? Can you verify that the Exchange 2007 workflows are being executed onthe servers:From Monitoring Tab of Operations Console -> Discovered InventoryRight click middle pane and select "Change Target Type." Select AgentClick the servers that are not being discovered, in actions pane underHealth Service Tasks, select "Show Failed Rules and Monitors for thisHealth Service" and "Show Running Health Rules for this Health Service."After this runs, click copy text and paste into notepad, this will givea more verbose reading than the HTML report that is generated and youcan look for the specific Exchange 2007 workflows that are listed in theMP documentation,http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=e9f3cd3f-9bc0-45cd-b10f-120e937ee4c4&displaylang=en

Hi,
Additionally, I would like to share the following method with you for your reference. Please also have a check with it:
Exchange 2007 Management Packs do not automatically monitor Exchange servers
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
