The same issue was solved in SCCM 2007 by referencing
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/systemcenter/en-US/ac1fc092-ee92-441f-b56f-56d05a146b72/how-can-i-view-the-usmt-recovery-key-in-sql-report?forum=configmgrreporting
But for SCCM 2012, "StateEncryptDecryptKey" key is too long and does not match the "User State Recovery Key".
So how do I pull the "User State Recovery Key" without using the SCCM Console?
Thank you,
