    The Adobe Flash Player 9 shows as though it has installed but when visiting a page that requires it, you will be prompted REPEATEDLY to install.

    Are you running the 32 or 64bit version of IE?

    Flash is not compatible with x64, so it will never completely install and you will keep getting that error.. I have a version of Flash installed in my 32 bit version..though I am not sure if that is 8 or 9.

    I have the same problem!  Every since installing vista 32bit Adobe Flash just doesnt seem to work.  Its enabled as an add on in internet explorer but it just doesnt work.

     

    Anyone got any suggestions?
