What's the version of your Outlook client? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
Can these emails be searched? Does this problem occur on all subfolders? What do these missing emails have in common? Such as same sender or before a certain time...
In this situation, please make sure you have not set some filtering options, since these items may being filtered from view in some way. For your reference: Items
disappear or are not visible in an Outlook folder.
Besides, there could be some add-ins in your Outlook client that cause this issue, so it is suggested to start your Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type “outlook /safe”, press Enter.) and see if the issue continues.
