    In addition to the default list of sensitive groups, is it possible to configure additional groups as sensitive?

    I'd like to get notified if there are any changes to other groups, like Exchange Admins, or ones that have elevated rights in our organization.

    This is on ATA 1.8

    Not in 1.8, but possible in 1.9. simply upgrade to the latest bits just released.
