Cannot enable Asp.net 3.5 in Window Server 2012 R2 RRS feed

    Hi,

    I try to enable the Asp.net 3.5 in my company's web server (window server 2012 R2 64Bit).  Unfortunately, it failed.  I search the solution and came across the solutions as following.

    from the article, I uninstall the update 2966828 and install Download the NDPFixit-KB3005628-X64.exe package now, then try again the asp.net 3.5 installation.  Somehow, the problem remain.

    Somehow, the whole window update is not working.  and Search results for "WindowsUpdate_8024402F OR WindowsUpdate_dt000"‎‏ (0) ... cannot find solution.

    Please help, the webserver already have asp.net 4.5 installed.

    Hi Vincent.,

    Please try to temporarily disable all Windows Update GPO on this server then enable it again if this server has joined domain, If it not work please try to disjoin it from domain then try logon on as local administrator then do the Windows Update again.
