  • When computer sits idle (off line) and after a bit, (not sure how long, maybe an hour) try to get on-line, won't connect. Re-boot, it's fine then. Using Windows 7 Home edition, with a cable modem.

    Based on your description, I want to confirm that which system have you used?

     

    It seems that there is something wrong with the network card driver, please update or reinstall it and check the result.

     

    WE may also try to disable power save on network adapter to see if it helps.

     

    If you are using Windows 10, please refer to the link and check the result.
