  It does not appear possible to create the recovery disk to anything other than a DVD as you have found.

  So can only suggest you create a Windows 10 USB install disc, that can be used to reinstall Windows 10 or attempt recovery options.

  Both links can be used to download Windows 10 install media, the first link can create directly to USB. Make sure the version of Windows you select is correct. If you download an ISO and want to create a bootable USB from that a program such as Rufus can do that.

  Please contact your OEM to confirm if your model of laptop have the DVD burner.
