vista crash RRS feed

  • Question

  • where, if any, can i find a fix for vista constantly crashing at randonms times, 'Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.' hitting the EVENT LOG ONLINE HELP... IS NO HELP AT ALL!! i work with graffic's and i'm NOT happy after buying a new comp which was meant to be great, better graffic's blah blah blah, and even though i wasn't happy with it being os vista, i thought i would give it a go, i really wish i had not bothered with os vista, i've never had so many crashes on a comp that i've only had 2 wk's it's like a caveman computer, crashing and so many other problems, parent control... stupid, that yes for a CHILD is great but for an adult it's mind numbing, solved that by turning the damn thing, UAC OFF!!  and no i will not turn the damn thing back on. access to my own files on my computer and it saying i Dont have permission!! to change even the name even though i made the folder myself... stupid.   Many problems with sound aswell, which i sorted by buying a usb sound box which sorted the problem. i've updated all files and nothing helps.... sorry to sound p**d off but this is a silly thing that for a computer of the year 2009 to be having... constantly... with no clue as to a solution.

bought a acer aspire AX1300 with confusing 8200 inttegrated NVIDIA on the case tower an it saying i

have 9200 in reports. bought the comp bout week an half ago from littlewoods uk catalogue, vista (which i really didnt want) it

consistently crashing at any given time with no reason when i reboot as to why it happened. it's really making me mad cos i work

with graffic's an the way the computer is, is very unstable and i have lost work because of the crashes, at first i thought it may

be a OS VISTA problem then maybe computer, then graffic problem, after looking through files i had to hurt the computer to find,

vista is no help what so even, acer don't seem to be much help, an updateing drives etc from nvidia have not made any change....

so who is at fault...... OS VISTA... ACER ASPIRE or NIVIDA GRAFFIC'S? everyone saying it's the other but for a computer of 2009

it's a caveman computer. this  needs looking into and sorted. any help what so even would be very grateful. i only wanted this

comp bcos of the graffic's it gave but am really thinking of sending it back. i even have to keep the side of the tower case off

    bcos of the heat issue.
p.s i am sending this to all, OS VISTA , ACER ASPIRE an NIVDIA, THANKS.
