Unable scan computers from FCS Enterprise admin console RRS feed

  • Unable scan all/any computer from Enterprise Admin console.

    For a single compueter following error comes up:

    Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
    The parameter is incorrect.
    (Exception from HRESULT:0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG))

    For All Computers:

    Could not start scan for all managed computers.
    Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

    When you click it, Program compatibiltiy Assistant comes up

    I can scan from both downlevel servers FCS Console without any issues

    All Windows 2008 SP1/32 bit servers

    Any thoughts??

    Thank you for the post.

     

    As far as I know, when you click the Scan Now button in the Client Security dashboard on the Enterprise Manager server, the scan is passed to the down-level servers to be run on the target managed computers. I suggest you open a case with Microsoft CSS.
