  • Hello - Few options that can be used, such as:

    1. Default Trace File Data (Schema change history report)
    2. Create SQL Server Audit (Recommended)
    3. Your own custom server side trace (Not usually recommended)
    4. Database scoped triggers (Not usually recommended)
    5. Change Tracking/ Change Data Capture (Depends on your requirement)

  • What type of change?  Schema changes?  Use a proper source control mechanism.
