Error joining call RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I see the below error from the Skype server log; 

    52527; reason="Tearing down session due to failure while dialing in"

    The user was not able to join the call and received in a laptop skype 16 client - error 12030 we couldnt connect due to network problem

    Please check the "Event Viewer" in Edge server to see if there is any event log reported.

     

    Also, please check the DNS and certificate configurations on Edge, the following could be as the reference.

    Please help confirm the following several points before narrowing down the issue.

    I'm wondering if the issue occurs to all users or specific user?

    Did it happen when connecting with internal network or externally?

    Which kind of call did you make, conferencing call or PSTN call?

     

    Also, please check Event Viewer of Front end and Edge server to see if there is any event log error reported under "Lync server" folder. This will help further check the issue.

  • afternoon calvin,<o:p></o:p>

    users from the same external network were affected from different clients.<o:p></o:p>

    internal users managed to connect just fine. In the end the audio no. was dialled to join via audio only during this outage.<o:p></o:p>

    this was a conferencing call that was initially tried which returned the error.<o:p></o:p>
