No't really my question. It can be done one time, but do i have to do it in all my forests(domain), or just the one that have SCCM installed?Wednesday, October 17, 2012 6:35 AM

First of all, Forest is NOT equal to Domain !!
I probably assume that you've only one forest and multiple domains within that forest. If that is not the case I would suggest to extend the schema of CM 12 server forest.
Note :: There is no need to extend the schema again if you already done it for ConfigMgr 2007.

It's not a requirement to extend the schema in the other domains/forests. I do however will recommend that you do it. That way you can publish the site systems like the MP and Site Server. That makes it easier for you clients in those domains to find the services that they need.
