I would like to see if there is a way to Autopopulate a Distribution group based on an employee job category. For example, I have a distribution group called Drivers. The employee AD Job Title is Driver. So, what I'm looking
to do is when we hire a new employee, if the Job Title is Driver that he/she is automatically placed in the Drivers Distribution Group. Likewise, is it possible that when an individual with the Job Title Driver is terminated that the employee is
then removed automatically from the Distribution Group called Driver. Is that possible?
I don't think that's possible. I'd just get a list of the users in the DL, give all of them the same attribute and then create a dynamic DL according to this attribute.

perfect. I do have Exch 2007. Looks like the Dynamic Distr Grp is the answer. Is there a way to convert a normal Dist Grp to Dynamic or do I need to reaccomplish it?
