  • Hi All, I am newbie in SCSM 2012. I am working as a Helpesk Support Team Leader. I was given a tasked by my Manager to do the implementation of SCSM. I made the installation and few customization but it seems the SCSM it too complicated to understand each and every concept.

    Is there anyway that I can speed up my knowledge through some relevant materials(books & video) available. 

    Now I'm stuck on Customizing the incident form. Was doing a research on customizing the form and did some customization through SCSM authoring but still did not achieve the requirement.

    I have limited knowledge on Visual Studio and no knowledge on ITIL and MOF which it the foundation on SCSM. It looks like an overkill for me to do this task but I don't want to quit. 

    Any opinion is highly appreciated.
