OWA - Notes Field in Contact Not Displaying Properly

    Question

  • When you click on a contact in OWA (in O365) the Notes field is not formatted properly as when editing it.  For example there are multiple lines in the Notes filed when editing but in the display on the right for the contact when you click on it, it all shows on 1 line with no line breaks or spaces etc...  In Outlook it looks fine just as when you edit it.  Is this a bug in OWA?

    Could you please provide a screenshot about your issue for better understanding about your scenario? What's your detailed Office 365 Plans? E3 or E5 or others?

    I viewed the contact for a test in my OWA, there are two section for Notes field: Outlook - (Contacts) and Skype for Business Contacts. The lines are both single line instead of double lines in Notes information. Please change a browser to check it in your side:

    Additionally, this forum focuses on general discussion for Office 365 ProPlus which is the Office applications included in Office 365 Plans. If you have any further question about OWA in Office 365, it is better to ask a question in Exchange Online forum for more help:
