  • This could be happening due to web application recycling.

    Try using warmup script. 'http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/SharePoint-2007-2010-or-d1884b4b'

  • Hi Mohammed,

What is the error that you observe in the SharePoint logs? That might be a good point to start with.

  • HI,

Change the CallStack="true" and customErrors mode="Off" in the web.config file and check if you are getting any detailed error.

Also implement the below policy on all the servers where the SharePoint or Project is installed and check if it prevents the issue from happening again.

Go to Start à type “gpedit.msc” à Computer Configuration à Administrative Templates à System à User Profiles  à 'Do not forcefully unload the user registry at user logoff'

Change the setting from "Not Configured" to "Enabled".

  • Run the SharePoint Farm Configuration Wizard.  Make sure that it runs to completion.   This will often clear up some weird issues that arise.

    Cheers!

You can also have a look at the article http://joelblogs.co.uk/2011/09/20/certificate-revocation-list-check-and-sharepoint-2010-without-an-internet-connection/. Please ensure that before performing any changes you have a backup in place.

  • I am not sure as to what is causing the issue unless we get to see the logs. However as a workaround you can use the SPWakeUptool to Wake up your Sharepoint and WSS Sites before the user access the site.

You can download the tool from http://spwakeup.codeplex.com/ and test the scenario
