Outllok 2007 hangs intermittently under Win 7 RRS feed

    Outlook 7 loads OK and when I go to read new message it hangs and states it must close and will let me kow if there is a solution. No solution is presented. I then close and resart outlook and sometimes it works the next time or I have to try several time before I can read the message(s). This happens most when I first start the propram and othertimes when it is working for several minutes.

    Does the issue only occur when using Outlook 2007? Does the error occur when launching other program?

     

    This issue can be caused by incompatible third party programs, corrupted Outlook program or virus. You can refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

     

    1. Perform a Clean Boot to check the result. If the issue disappears in the Clean Boot environment, we can use a 50/50 approach to quickly narrow down which entry is causing the issue.

     

    2. Run antivirus program and perform a full scanning.

     

    If the error message persists, please upload it for research.
