Migrating users between domains having two way trust

I have two domains, they have two way trust. I have migrated user to primary domain(A) from other domain(B). When i try to login to sharepoint 2007 as B|user, SharePoint is automatically treating it as A\user. I am using HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name property to get the loggedin user name. Is their anyway to avoid this behaviour?

For the issue, as my point, it should due to the AD settings. Please follow this article about domain restructure:
