  • Yes! What in the world is this? After purchasing the newly released 64-BIT Window 7 Ultimate, I too am getting these very same ERROR messages, along with a few other apparently 64/32-BIT conflicts. It appears that Microsoft has misleadingly released a 64-BIT operating system that is only 'Partially' 64-BIT implemented.

    My hardware:
    Processor - Intel Core i7 CPU @ 2.67 GHz (64-BIT)
    Mother Board - Intel DX58SO (64-BIT)
    Memory - 6 GB Corsair, Tri-Channel RAM

For my hardware I've installed 'ALL' 64-BIT drivers, only to be met by Microsoft's slovenly and rushed release of this menagerie.

  • I am almost thinking these should have been those "silent" errors that the system gets ... but those errors should not be reporting to the event logs.  Though it could just be that  they need to change a few of the install files to add the 64-bit. I seem to remember that some programs have "non"fatal errors all the time. Where possibly the code for the programs needs to be tweaked.
