Is it possible to setup or invite people to the room mailbox on behalf of someone else.

here is the scenario

Peter is the Sales Manager and Sara is the Office Admin.

Sara has full permission on a RoomMailbox Showroom.

Sara invites/schedule the meeting with the marketing and sales department on the request of Peter. They all get the meeting request and get it scheduled But the meeting appears as Organized by SARA. Since it was requested by Peter and he wants to appear as it was oranized by him.

How can it be done? Thanks.

Hi,

give owner permission to sara for peter's calendar and add peter calendar into sara's outlook.

then ask sara to book the same and give a try.
