Windows 7 DirectAccess Clients not reporting to FCS Management Server RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have deployed FCS and the clients seem to be updating fine using the WSUS on our SCE 2010 server. However it looks like the laptops that connect to the network via Forefront UAG DirectAccess are not reporting in.

The SCE server and the FCS server are both added to Client Management servers in the UAG configuration plus the FCS server is added to the Antivirus Updates section in the Infrastructure Configuration wizard.

Does FCS not support DirectAccess clients as far as reporting is concerned?

  • Hi,

    Thanks for the post.

As ForeFront depends on Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 for part of its functionality, it does not support IPV6.

    Hope this helps.

  • Hi Miles,

Thanks for clearing that up. Don't suppose you know whether Endpoint Protection will support IPv6?

    Thanks again.
