Message delivery delay / unable to delivered on some domains

Answers

  • Hi,

It looks like the email couldn't be delivered before it expired. This may be for a number of reasons. Please can you look into the below:

    1. Message tracking logs
    2. Send connector logs (if verbose logging enabled)

If no information is found here, please try send another test email then run this command to find out why emails are queued up on your server:

    Get-Queue | fl MessageCount,Identity,LastError

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

Please also make sure the Rich Text Format is enable for external domains by the following command.

    Get-RemoteDomain | Set-RemoteDomain -TNEFEnabled $true

    Then restart the msexchangetransport service.

    Best Regards.
