Configuring Internet Explorer problem RRS feed

  • good day
    I have a query since the installation of MS13-021 patch has had problems downloading files as they changed the Internet Explorer settings. I inform you that there is no Group Policy to modify those settings the problem started from the day after the application as a curiosity the problem is random.
    I would appreciate help determine what would be the possible cause of permista not perform any file downloads.

    Would you please let us know the following?

    1. What is the exact error message when the download failed?
    2. Do all kinds of files meet the issue or just specific one?

    As you suspect this is related to the update, just for test, please remove it or perform a system restore to get back to the status before installing the update and see how it works.

    Meanwhile, please try resetting Internet Explorer settings:
