permission/user role to view runbooks in SCSM RRS feed

  • I'm trying to show my team how to edit responses on Service Requests sent via customers, so that they can edit responses on the runbook (to correct spelling mistakes etc).

    Unfortunately when they open a Service Request and go to the runbook activity, it says unable to find associated runbook. This appears to be because they cannot list the runbooks on the library tab of service manager.

    As they are not SCSM Administrators (I presume this is why), When they go to Library - Runbooks, they cannot see any runbooks, I as an admin can see all of the runbooks.

    Could you advise how I grant permission to just be able to see runbooks?
