  • Hi,

I am suffering the similar problem. There are about 200 client computers in our company equipped with the combination of Office 2007 Pro / Office 2010 Pro / Office 2013 Pro / Windows 7 Pro / Windows 8 Pro.

In these few days, our domain controller has a problem of authentication issue. At the same time, about 10 colleagues reported that they were unable (or took a very long time) to open the Word or Excel. But, if they disconnect the network, everything becomes OK.

Is there any way to solve it. Thank you very much.
