When i open following url in browser. Nothing is open
http://sharepoint/_vti_bin/ExcelRest.aspx/Documents/Test.xlsx/Model
Is there any setting to activate Rest excel api.

I figure it out, Actually i don't put excel files into Trusted location.
So i put "Document" Library link into Trusted file location in Central administration and it works fine.
