Filter in a PWA 2010 custom view : test on date RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Is it possible, in a filter of a custom view (PWA 2010) to test on a variable such as "Current date", "Status Date"?

    Thanks

  • PWA View filter doesn't support formula based Filtering, so if you want to filter data based on the date you would need to create a project level custom field with formula Somewhat like IIf((ProjDateDiff( [Finish], Now, "Standard"))> 1, "Delayed", "On Track" ) ,and then in your view you can use this field for filtering for all projects having value "Delayed" and etc.

Let me know if this is exactly what you were trying to do, else we could look for other options for your task.
