Here's hoping someone can provide a few tips.
I'm new to Sharepoint therefore my knowledge is a little limited, however, I have a problem with a site that is not listed in the Site Directory. We're running on Sharepoint 2007 on a VM w Windows Server 2008 R2.
I can see the site listed in the "Management Site" section of Sharepoint, it has open tasks against it - but when I go to the Site Directory, it's not listed. When I click on the site within the Management site, all I see is "Webpage
Not Found". So the Management Site knows that there's a site there....but I can't access it?
Initially I restarted IIS on the server as I had looked online for any relevant articles - but sadly this has not rectified the issue. Sorry for the dumb question but can anyone provide me with any starter tips for what else I should be looking out
for?
