Missing Service Catalog RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have a HTML5 SCSM Web Portal running with the standard settings.

    When you go to the Request Offerings, I can see the general incident request (EN) that I recreated and then renamed to Incident Request.

    However, now I am the only user that can see this request. Not even other administrators can see the request. Thoughts about this?


    To add on to the original issue. When I make a change, like publish a Service Offering that is linked to the Request Offer, it will show in MY web portal right away! However, other admins and end users see nothing!

  • I did fix the issue by having another admin draft the Request then publish it again.

    My next question is how do I enable it to show the Request Offerings for End Users?

  • You need to add Service Offerings and Request Offerings to Catalog Item Groups. You can use the Default Catalog Item Group or create a new one. If you add a new Catalog Item Group you have to create a User Role and add the Catalog Item Group and all users to this user role.
